Six participants received their Bronze Award on Friday 14th at Christchurch Men's Prison. They did their Award, as part of a pilot programme, through the Joshua Foundation funded by the Friedlander Foundation. TVNZ attended the ceremony and produced a great report on it. You can see the full report here. Some of the men doing the Award went running every morning, for their Physical Recreation Section, in jandals. Since the report aired on Saturday night there has been a huge response of people wanting do donate running gear to this project. If you would like to find out more about how you can support other people to complete their Award at Christchurch Men's Prison please get in touch with Andy Woodhouse.
