GravityLab simplifying Award day-to-day operations


The Award team have been working on building more meaningful and lasting relationships with our community across different generations, regions and life stages. To support this initiative, we recently partnered with GravityLab to move all our participant, volunteer and Award unit data into Salesforce, a customer relationship management database.

GravityLab are a small NZ team of experts and Daniel, the owner, is a Gold Award holder. They were able to assess our communities needs quickly and help us set up and use the Salesforce system. GravityLab saved us weeks of staff time and enabled us to keep focused our delivery to volunteers and participants, who have always been at the core of any Award success.

One of the key things Salesforce had enabled us to do is celebrate our volunteers’ achievements, their service and their commitment across the years.  Award Leaders who have given many years of service are now more regularly recognised with Long Service Awards at our annual Gold Award ceremonies.  This data and much more is searchable in this easy to use cloud-based system.
