The the skills gained through achieving the award increases pathways to employment for our young people. The Award works with many schools and volunteer groups and the benefits of this partnership are crucial to enable rangitahi to achieve their full potential and recognise progress and achievement.
Social Value report concluded that the Award contributes significantly to building the skills needed for future employment, such as leadership and entrepreneurship.
The Award also enables participants to gain NCEA credits.
