Leave a gift in your will
There’s an excitement for the future that young people have. The most successful people cling to that ‘anything's possible’ attitude and never lose it.
Looking back on our lives, it’s easy to see how important youthful ambition is, and how much of a difference we can make in the world if we encourage our young people to stay ambitious. A difference that you can make in the world while you’re here and even after you leave, is by contributing to that ambition for today's young New Zealanders.
Writing your will doesn't need to be a solemn time. It can be one of the most rewarding things you do. By leaving a gift in your will to the Award, you can not only change the life of a young person, you also make a long-term investment in the future of New Zealand. You’re providing opportunities well beyond your lifetime.
It isn't always easy to budget for giving and you may feel you cannot give right now. Whatever your circumstances or your motivation is, make no mistake: bequests, or gifts in wills, make a real difference to the work the Award can do, now, and in the future.
If you would like to be acknowledged, that’s your choice. You can request confidentiality around any bequest. However, the Award would appreciate the opportunity to thank you in your lifetime.
