YES is the home of I.Lead, a youth with disabilities movement aimed at breaking down the barriers that young people with disabilities face in Aotearoa. As a member of I.Lead, individuals have the opportunity to have their voice heard around the matters that influence them, and work alongside government and non-government organisations in creating change.

The I.Lead Committee run a yearly youth conference held in Parliament, along with events and programmes throughout the year. These programmes and events respond to the needs of the community, for example, our I.Drive Licensing Programme that is specifically catered to young people with disabilities, or our Fala Talanoa sessions focused on strengthening our communities post COVID.
