Completing paper-based books

If you have participants using books:

Bronze and Silver:

Once your participant has completed the award level please email info@dofehillary.org.nz with your school or organisation name, their name and award completion date.  Certificates and badges will be printed and sent back to you. Turn around is usually a week but can be longer during high volume periods so please make sure you email well before you need them.

If your participant wishes to continue to the next level of the award, they will need to register to do the award online at www.onlinerecordbook.org  Please note: Your school or organisation needs to be registered in order for the participants to register.

 

Gold:

The process remains the same for Gold books. Participants need to complete the Gold Award Notification Form and Award Leaders need to complete the Gold Checklist.

We recommend the participant photocopies their book before sending by courier to:
