We are entering into a number of partnership agreements that will help participants to achieve their Awards.
Firstly, an agreement with Hillary Outdoors will enable Bronze participants to complete all three components of their Adventurous Journeys (i.e. Training, Practice and Qualifying journeys) on a five-day course, while Silver participants can do the same on a seven-day course. For more information, visit the Hillary Outdoors website.
Secondly, young people under the age of 14 who have achieved an award with the William Pike Challenge, are now able to receive Recognition of Prior Achievement (RPA) credits.
Other agreements for RPA are being brokered national organisations such as Scouts, Rovers, Girls' and Boys' Brigade to name a few. Watch this space!
