Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Award maintains the right not to give refunds for Participant registration fees, for change of mind or circumstances.
The Award however does accept that there will be occasions where a change of mind or circumstances occurs and will therefore offer a refund on the following terms:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to your National Award Office (email@example.com). Please note: This is the New Zealand Duke of Edinburgh's Award website, only contact us if you registered in a New Zealand based Award Unit/Centre.
- Cancellations received within 14 days from the date of your registration sign up will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and earlier than 28 days before the registration sign up date will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fee
