The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (the Award) is delighted to announce that HRH The Duke of Edinburgh will be the charity’s new Patron. The Duke takes on the patronages previously held by his father, Prince Philip, who founded the Award in 1956. He Aratūtahi | A pathway on which we can all stand

The National Māori Authority and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award have joined forces in a new partnership to advocate and develop pathways for young New Zealanders that are inclusive of Te Ao Māori and Tikanga Māori.
