Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Award maintains the right not to give refunds for Participant registration fees, for change of mind or circumstances.
The Award however does accept that there will be occasions where a change of mind or circumstances occurs and will therefore offer a refund on the following terms:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the National Award Office ([email protected]).
Please note: This is the New Zealand Duke of Edinburgh's Award website, only contact us if you registered in a New Zealand based Award Unit/Centre.
- Cancellation requests received within 14 days from the date of registration will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests received between 15 and 30 days after the date of registration will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fee.
